Application Fee

A non-refundable Application Fee of $100 is due from each new family making application to St. Cloud Christian School. If a student is not accepted for enrollment, SCCS will retain the screening fee of $20 per child and refund the difference.  For additional children, there will be a $50 charge per child, with a maximum application fee of $200 per family.  Returning families are exempt from this fee.   

TUITION INFORMATION

Tuition charges cover the majority of the costs of maintaining a faculty and a facility. The remaining portion of academic and facility costs are raised through school fundraising efforts.

Tuition payments are made by Smart Tuition. Families need to have this in place in order to have their registrations finalized.  To enroll with Smart Tuition, go to www.enroll.smarttuition.com.   Please enter the school code 11477.  Any annual or bi-annual payment of tuition  must be made by June 10th (annually) or December 10th (Bi-annually).

  • 10 month, plan-begins June 1, 2012 through February 1, 2013 and April 1, 2013
  • 12 month, plan-begins June 1, 2012 through February 1, 2013 and April 1 through May 1, 2013

How Payments are Calculated: All families will be required to pay tuition by automatic bank withdrawal. Tuition may be paid in ten (10), or twelve (12) equal payments due on the first of each month. The payments for the ten (10) month option will be June through March, and for the twelve (12) month option June through February, and April and May.  Any annual or bi-annual payment of tuition must be made by June 10th (annually) or June 10th and December 10th (bi-annually).

 

Once enrollment papers and a deposition are received, a family will be considered enrolled. Students (individual or entire family) who withdraw after this point will be subject to paying 10% of the annual tuition still owed.


Late Payments: If tuition is not received by the 10th of the month, a late charge of $20.00 will be imposed. If any monthly installment becomes more than 45 days past due, students are subject to removal from school until arrangements have been made with the SCCS Board.

Deposit:

A deposit of $250 at the time of enrollment to secure seat(s) for all children in the family. This deposit will be credited against the first month’s payment. This deposit is non-refundable.

Extra-Curricular Activities:

Extra-curricular sports and activities are available, but are not covered by the base tuition. You will be notified of fees for these activities.
