Application Fee
A non-refundable Application Fee of $100.00 is due from each new family making application to St. Cloud Christian School. Returning families are exempt from this fee.
TUITION INFORMATION
Tuition charges cover the majority of the costs of maintaining a faculty and a facility. The remaining portion of academic and facility costs are raised through school fundraising efforts.
Tuition payments are made by Automatic Funds Transfer (EFT). Families need to have this in place in order to have their registrations finalized. Forms to do this are available in the office. Any pre-payment of tuition must be made by July 1st.
Payment Options:
- 10 month, plan-begins July 1, 2010; ends April 1, 2011
- 12 month, plan-begins June 1, 2010; ends May 1, 2011
High School: 9-12
Tuition: $4,785.00
Junior High: 7-8
Tuition: $4,265.00
Elementary: All Day K-6
Tuition: $3,955.00
Half-Day Kindergarten
Tuition: $2,500.00

How Payments are Calculated: All families will be required to pay tuition by automatic bank withdrawal. Tuition may be paid in ten (10), or twelve (12) equal payments due on the first of each month. The payments for the ten (10) month option will be July through April, and for the twelve (12) month option June through May.
Once enrollment papers and a deposition are received, a family will be considered enrolled.
Students (individual or entire family) who withdraw after this point will be subject to paying 50% of the annual tuition still owed. Late Payments: If tuition is not received by the 10th of the month, a late charge of $20.00 will be imposed. If any monthly installment becomes more than 45 days past due, students are subject to removal from school until arrangements have been made with the SCCS Board.
Deposit:
A deposit of $250 for the oldest child is due at the time of enrollment to secure seat(s) for all children in the family. This deposit will be credited against the first month’s payment. This deposit is non-refundable.
Extra-Curricular Activities:
Extra-curricular sports and activities are available, but are not covered by the base tuition. You will be notified of fees for these activities.
Tuition Assistance Program:
St. Cloud Christian School maintains a program that offers limited tuition assistance to those families who demonstrate financial need. This program is funded out of the school’s general budget. This is not a government funded program. Applications for the Tuition Assistance Program are available in the school office. Only enrolled families may apply.
Applications deadline for currently enrolled families must be submitted to FFNA by February 15, 2010. SCCS has retained Family Financial Needs Assessment (FFNA), an independent agency that administers financial aid programs, to assist in processing any applications received. The family, along with a small processing fee, sends confidential applications to FFNA for their review. Applications are processed, results and rankings are reviewed, and a decision is made regarding the distribution of aid.
